Newly renovated for 2023, this contemporary, comfortable and quietly positioned villa is close to the sea in Kefalonia making it perfect for families and couples alike. The villa’s airy kitchen/living/dining space opens on to a shaded veranda overlooking the private pool and garden with two al fresco dining areas with an external speaker system and gas BBQ. Each of the three stylish bedrooms have direct access to the pool terrace or garden. South-facing and sun-drenched, the grounds are softly laid to lawn, surrounding an inviting swimming pool, gazing out over a green valley with the ocean just down the hill. Rodia Retreat is purpose built for calm and serenity, lay back on the comfy mattress sun loungers, listen to music from the outdoor blue tooth speakers. When you want to explore the island it is so well positioned for easy access to the islands attractions. The lovely stone beach of Paliolinos is a short walk down the hillside from the villa, this beach is beautiful, but is not a sand beach, however fabulous for exploring, and has a BBQ facility and a shower. Its a must for sunset photos!!

THE VILLA

Villa Rodia is built on one level, so is ideal for young families and people with reduced mobility.

The main entrance door opens on to an open plan living/dining and kitchen area which has two double doors opening to the pool terrace.

To the left of the main door there is a contemporary white and grey marble shower room with over sink mirrored cupboard, under sink drawers which contains a hairdryer, complimentary toilet paper and overhead soft lighting.

A stylish double bedroom containing a king size bed with Linea Strom cushioned mattress, and memory foam cushions, bedside tables with USB and European plugs at the rear. Large wardrobe space. This bedroom has double doors opening onto the pool terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with over bath shower, beautiful white and grey marble tiles with under sink drawers containing a hairdryer and overhead soft lighting.

A large twin bedroom, with the ability to zip the beds together for a super king size bed, again with Linea Strom Mattresses for extra comfort and memory foam cushions. Bedside tables with USB and European plugs behind. Dressing table and large wardrobe space. With double doors opening to the garden terrace.

A smaller double bedroom, contains a double bed with Linea Strom mattress for extra comfort, memory foam cushions, small wardrobe and bedside table. With double doors opening to pool terrace.
