The Villa uses Starlink providing high speed internet connections. The username and password is provided within the villa on arrival.

WASHING MACHINE

The washing machine is located in a locked cupboard outside, alongside with mops and brushes. The key is the gold key.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL MUSIC

Simply connect your phone to BoomBoom 80 and your music playlist will play!

Either inside or outside speakers or both can be selected. Channel 1 is for the outside speakers and Channel 2 is for the inside speakers. The amplifier is located in the cupboard under the television.

GAMES AND BOOKS

In the small event of a rainy day or in the evening, books and games are provided. Please respect the provision of these utilities. Monopoly, Scrabble, Cluedo, Uno, Cards, Chess and Dominos and Trivial Pursuit. If you read a book please leave, and feel free to leave books that you have brought with you for other guests to enjoy.

A safe is provided in the master bedroom in the left side cupboard.

SAFE INSTRUCTIONS

RESET OF THE SAFECODE

• WITH THE DOOR OPEN PRESS THE RESET BUTTON ( TOP OF INSIDE BATTERY COMPONENT) ADD ENTER CODE ONCE YELLOW LIGHT COMES ON.

• ONCE ENTERED NEW CODE ( 4 DIGITS) PRESS ENTER BUTTON TO CONFIRM AND WAIT FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE BEEPS AND THE YELLOW LIGHT TO FLASH TWICE.

• IF THERE ARE 3 CONSEQUTIVE BEEPS THEN THE RESET CODE CHANGE IS SUCCESSFUL.

• DEFAULT SAFECODE IS 0000

• ONCE THE SAFECODE IS SET TO THE NEW REQUIRED NUMBER PRESS NUMBER FOLLOWED BY KEY SIGN

• PLEASE LEAVE SAFE DOOR OPEN FOR THE NEXT GUEST.

IF THE SAFE KEY NUMBER IS FORGOTTEN OR YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE SAFE PLEASE CONTACT AVALON.

A first aid kit is located next to the safe.

VILLA CLEANING

The Villa will be clean and ready for you on arrival, then the villa will be cleaned mid week during your stay, and all beds and towels changed. However, please feel free to wash towels, tea towels etc at your own wish in the washing machine provided.

A cordless vacuum cleaner is provided, please feel free to clean round the floors, this does reduce the amount of ants that may want to live with you!

Try not to leave food on the kitchen surfaces or on tables as this does attract the ants.

GAS BBQ

There is a gas BBQ provided. Firstly, check that the valve to the main gas tank is open, turning anti-clockwise. Turn all the knobs to ‘full flame’ and using the button on the right, ignite. After use, please close the gas valve on the gas tank (clockwise). Please clean the BBQ after use to reduce ants and wasps.

EXTRA WINE GLASSES

These are provided in the sideboard. Just in case a small accident occurs. Please let the travel agent know if there are any breakages, we won’t charge but we can replace for the next guest.

COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCTS.

We have provided complimentary hand soap from Oliver Era, this is a company based in Crete. The soap is fragranced with olive oil and pomegranate . The greek word for pomegranate is Rodia!

Toilet paper is placed in the drawers in the bathrooms.

Salt, pepper, olive oil are provided in the kitchen space.
