On arrival at the villa, your space is the first villa on the right as you come down the drive, please park in the car port. Your keys to the villa will be in the key box to the right hand side of the door, this code will be provided by your agent. Inside the box will be your keys, the silver key is for the front door, the gold key for the washing machine cupboard and the white card is the electric card for the slot to power the villa.

Upon entry to the villa you will see on your left there is the electric card slot, this runs the electric, it has been installed to make the villa more sustainable, as when you leave the villa and take the card out of the electric slot the power will go off. HOWEVER, the pool, the internet and the fridge and lounge lights will remain on.

Please DON’T remove the electric card from the keys please.

The Fire Extinguisher is at the front door.

The Wifi code and this website address is in a frame on the table at the front door along with a Villa Information booklet.

There are many lights in the villa, so please experiment at your own desire, the switch for the pendant lighting in the kitchen is over the sideboard, please use the lamps for the evening.

The Safe is situated in the master bedroom and instructions are in the cupboard, but also included in this website under VILLA UTILITIES.

Hot Water is provided by Solar again to reduce electric use and make the villa more sustainable. The water takes 2/3 minutes to come through due to the distance it travels. When the water does come through it is VERY HOT, please be aware of this when showering and washing up.
